 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

¹⁶ Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

¹⁷ Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

¹⁸ A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

¹⁹ Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. -Matthew 7:15-19

We are living in the last days where the Bible lets us know to be careful because many will fall prey giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. In these times it is important for believers to have a relationship with the Lord (devotion, bible studies, prayer, fasting, worship, Faith). It is good to be a part of the a ekklesia and gather with the Saints and hear the word of the Lord from the man or woman of God being in unity with one another worshipping the Lord. If you do not have a personal relationship with God you can be led astray, even if you do have a relationship with God and your becoming lukewarm you can be led astray. God did not put the ekklesia our place of gathering as Christians for us to be under a dictatorship, this is not a place for God to be put in a second place in your life. When you are lukewarm or don’t have a relationship with God you will fall prey to seducing spirits and lying spirits falling into deception. Some can even begin following people who profess Jesus with their mouth but their hearts are far from him. Behind the scene pushing another agenda for selfish gain, It is our duty as we all walk with Christ individually to test and try the spirits to see whether they be of God or of the devil.

This scripture in Matthew 7 lets us know that we will know them by their fruits, their character, their personality, how they carry themselves, doctrine. This is why its important to be a part of a ekklesia so you can physically see who your fellowshipping with. Everything done in the dark will come into the light, though certain people can walk around deceiving others they cannot deceive God nor those who truly walk with God. It is your job to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. If you see your brother or sister or a leader falling short your job is to intercede for them as if they were your family. Trusting and believing that God will convict them and turn their hearts back in repentance. As you do this in Faith you will surely see a change in your brethren if they aren’t rebellious. You can even take it a step further and determine their deliverance from whatever it is that you see they need to be freed from in Jesus name. Only Jesus Christ can save these souls, even those who allow themselves to be led by blind leaders. God will warn those under those who are following these false Prophets or those who claim to be sent by God.

You also have to see their fruit, what are they truly producing?. After sitting in service and hearing the word is your mind renewed by it, did it convict you or even bring you to repentance. Did it increase your faith, did it bring you back to the Father. This is also another key thing do you remember what was preached or taught?. How is your character after sitting under such a individual? has it improved or gotten worst?. Transference of spirits are real, if your leader is filled with the Holy Spirit your life will be completely transformed and you will be getting delivered as you gathered with the saints. Even growing spiritually and going deeper in the things of the Lord. If you notice your prayer life, bible reading, devotion and worship and other spiritual things going down in your life you have to question what is it that you are connected to even ask yourself why is your heart changing toward the things of God. If your leader portrays that he or she is filled with the Holy Spirit and truly isn’t and is producing bad fruits or even deception you will see your life going the opposite than the way God intended it to go. Even your character will change and you will inherit spirits that you never had and even if you’ve been delivered previously and now your in a position as such the demon that left will come back with 7 more and as the Bible say the state of the individual would be worst than when they were possessed of the demon prior. It is important to seek God before you come into agreement with people, places and things, not just going because things sound good or look good.

These ravenous wolves in sheep clothing are likened unto narcissist (covert), they will love bomb you and treat you good. Once your eyes open is the day you will be persecuted for righteousness sake. Only God knows the true reason and motive of such individuals and the deep seated root is greed, mammon, pride, covetousness, high-mindedness. Some even because they work for the adversary the devil and are doing the bidding of him who sent them to cage souls and destinies. Satan is very crafty and cunning and goes to high extents to divert a believer off of the path of righteousness off of the straight and narrow, first he has to get into your soul all through seduction, bewitchment, charm, deceit to weaken you spiritually. The unsuspecting will fall prey to the scheme’s of the devil, Bible say my people perish because of lack of knowledge and because we have rejected the knowledge he will reject us. Seek your deliverance, for your mind to be renewed by the word of God, ask the Lord for discernment and discerning of spirits. Make sure you are not operating in suspicion or paranoia and make sure what is being revealed is the Holy Spirit’s revelation.

You may be wondering why would they come appearing as sheep when in reality they are ravenous wolves. Its all a plan to get you into a place of vulnerability, to trust them, to open up, to believe in their lives, to appear as if they are of the light and truth. To get your enablement and for you to come under their bewitchment just to beguile you, before you know it you’ve been in it for years under a spell. Don’t look to be favored by everyone because if you are unlearned about what favor truly is you may think a trap is favor because it looks like what you desire and it comes appearing as the real thing. This is why a relationship with the Lord is imperative because you will be in alignment with God and know his voice, leading, and guidance. You will know the genuine from the counterfeit, you will know what is really in operation all due to your relationship with God. God will not lead you astray, but you not having a relationship with him but claiming to know him and walk with him and don’t devote time to spend with him you will be lead away by deception. The devil comes appearing as an angel of light, why is this? to deceive, to get the unsuspecting, even to try the righteous who walk with the Lord. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.– John 10:27.

If you have been lukewarm, or have a form of Godliness but deny the power thereof and remain complacent in the same place not even trying to elevate to the place God wants to take you through Christ. I want to invite you to rededicate your life to the Lord and to repent of your sins not obeying his voice when he has called you out of whatever it is that you are in. Just say this prayer “Father God I repent of my sins of disobedience and rebellion, trying to do this all on my own without your only begotten son Jesus Christ, Jesus I ask that you come into my heart and restore me and deliver me, lead and guide me. I am sorry for disregarding you when you have tried to get my attention to bring me out of my comfort zone and “(whatever it is he’s been calling you out of)”,I am ready to follow you unapologetically even if it makes no sense to me, I rededicate my life to you this moment Jesus and I give you my all I surrender and I say yes to your will and way. Father I ask that you baptize me with your Holy Spirit in Jesus name Amen”

I congratulate you and I am so glad that you have rededicated yourself, The Lord is going to deliver you from all you’ve gotten yourself involved in that you now know was not of him but in your ignorance or vulnerable moment you fell short. Just be transparent with him, confess your sins, let him know why you may have went the wrong route, watch him turn it all around. God Bless you in Jesus name Shalom.
