The Lord Jesus Christ is Holy and Righteous and he expects us to follow him walking after his ways. Being obedient to the will of the Father as he showed us in the word of God. Jesus lead by example and he wants to do this through us by the Holy Spirit. When we get in his way we grieve and quench the Holy Spirit which is what he has commanded us not to do. To grieve the Holy Spirit is to hinder yourself, it’s not the devil it’s you making a choice not to be obedient.
Obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22), obedience is to submit yourself unto God resisting the devil and he will flee (James 4:7). Following his commands and the leading of his Holy Spirit in which ever way he will lead you. This is where having a personal relationship with the Lord comes in and is very important. So that you are not easily seduced and led astray by every wind of doctrine (1 Timothy 4:1-5). If you are not sober and vigilant it is very easy to be deceived. If you are not grounded in the word of God it is easy to be deceived. If you lack knowledge, wisdom, and understanding it is very easy to be deceived. Why you may ask? Because deception has some truth in it and much lies attached to seduce you.
Seduction if not careful can take you to a journey where you may not make it back. Seduction is not just sexual, but it all has to do with the soul and defiling and tainting it. Seduction is POWERFUL especially if you are weak. Even the spiritually strong are not exempt from being seduced by a lying spirit. It’s all to mess up your soul to lead you down the wrong path. Before you know it you are out of the will of the Father, thinking you are in right standing with him. The spirit of jezebel is running rampant in these last days. It’s not hard to discern unless you operate through it.
The deception, seduction and charm are very alluring in these last days. Do not disregard the nudging in your spirit from the Holy Spirit. Take heed, come before the presence of the Lord and ask Holy Spirit what is this. What is the Lord trying to reveal or convey to you. In this season somethings may surface that you can’t and do not want to believe but you must come before the Lord in prayer. Asking for clarity, the Lord is moving mightily in this hour and if you do not take heed and obey you can easily become a casualty.
Anytime you see your life operating out of the will of God it’s time to sit down and retrospect. Check and see why your life is contradicting the word of God. Asking what is it in you or what is it that you may be doing or taking in that is effecting you. Allowing you to walk contrary, why are you deceived. It’s important to constantly pray against bewitchment, witchcraft, deception, Jezebel, pride, familiar and monitoring spirits. Also evil altars, household witchcraft & altars. Never sleep on warfare because when you do, you leave the door open for the enemy to launch attacks.
Before you know it, you will be destabilized, lazy, lukewarm, a wounded soldier. The Lord tells us to fight the good fight of Faith, PRESSING toward the mark of the high calling in Christ. It is in the good fight of Faith that we will be waging a good warfare against the devil, demons and his agents in the name of Jesus. We are in a war a spiritual one we’re we cannot be passive and lazy. Take a look at the army do you ever see them laxed with their guards down just passive, just waiting for an attack?. No Beloved they are always on gaurd, equipped and ready to fight. They never let go of what they have been taught and their training, drills ETC.
