Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. -1 Peter 5: 7-11.
Casting all of our cares upon the Lord for he careth for you,me. We are to cast it all unto him trusting and beleiving he will turn it all around for our good in due time. Whenever we do not cast our cares upon him we allow room for doubt, stress, worry to come in giving the devil a foothold in our lives.But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.- James 1:6. When this happens now our focus is off the Lord and we are now focused on our cares and the enemy will magnify it if we allow him. Instead of looking to the author and finisher of our Faith Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Which will take our burdens and turn it all around, we must learn how to take it all to the Lord in Prayer whatever it may be casting it all upon him. Telling him the issues and situation, what you stand in need for, what you need help with, how its affecting you and that you cannot do it on your own. The Lord will surely step into the situation or circumstances but you have to invite him in through prayer, repentance and acknowledging you need him and depend on him and cannot do it on your own.
The moment you think you can do it all on your own you are defeated. The word of God tells us with man it is impossible but with God it is all possible. In your own strength you will struggle and become to burdened and weary. With the Lord God Almighty it all will be easier and you will not be burdened stressed out worried and drained. The word of God declares give no place to the devil and there is a saying but it’s not in the bible “if you give the devil an inch he will take a mile”. Meaning he will go to extents to make you feel defeated and depressed so heavy and blind you to the fact that you just gotta cast your cares/ burdens unto the Lord because he careth for you. It is important to be sober and vigilant because our adversary the devil roams around as a lion seeking whom he may devour. Its important to remain in the spirit walking in Faith not loosing sight of Jesus Christ and the Word of God that he has placed deep within you so you do not fall prey to the devices of the adversary the devil which comes to rob kill and destroy. The bible declares that it is not by might nor by power but by his Holy Spirit, which is Gods power and might which he’ll freely give you if you ask him for it. Thank God that Jesus came so that you may have life and that life more abundantly. When peter walked on the water he looked and saw the troubled winds and became afraid, instead of keeping his eyes on Jesus so he asked Jesusto save him, Jesus Quickly reached and grabbed him and said oh ye little of Faith, why did you doubt?. The same with us if we loose sight of Jesus Christ we will become afraid in sorrow, pain, the cares of this world.
The devil is relentless and wants to devour your Faith, your trust in Jesus, your Beleiving in Jesus, your confidence in Jesus. He wants to devour your spirit man to make you live carnal where he will bring worry, depression, fear, insecurity, anxiety, addictions, perversion, sickness. So you will be so overtaken by your circumstances that you loose site of what you know or knew about the Lord God Almighty and his wonderous work and who he is and who you are in him. The devil is a liar he will not rob kill and destroy nor devour you in Jesus name keep your gaze on Jesus keep focus on Jesus and the promises of the Lord which are Yes and Amen. Walk by Faith and not by sight even when pressure comes even when it doesn’t make sense. The Lord will honor your Faithfulness and your consistency even when your back was against the wall even when the devil threw temptation before you and told you it’s okay the Lord will not spew you out but you discerned and kept holding on to Jesus. Keep pressing and persevering in the Lord keep walking in Holiness and Righteousness before the Lord no matter What it Looks like around you. The just shall live by Faith “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him” -Hebrews 10:38. Do not draw back and resort to your old ways keep pressing toward the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus.
Submitting yourself unto God resisting the devil he will FLEE. Resist everyone of his lies and temptations and submit yourself unto God no matter how crazy it may seem, no matter how much it doesn’t make sense even if you dont feel like doing it because the devil will make you feel lethargic. Then appear as an angel of light to justify the lethargy using the word of God, he is a trickster and cunning. In the eyes of God it makes perfect sense and he is working it all out for your good. The things of God seem foolish to the carnal man but as you continue to mature in the Lord you will come to a knowledge and understanding. Where you will just now flow and move with the speed of the Holy Ghost willing to do things that seem unnatural, I want to tell you welcome to the supernatural Beloved. If the devil knew every move of God in your life you wouldnt succeed. The supernatural confuses the enemy, what the enemy meant for evil God is turning it all around for your Good. What you face those in the world go through it but they are ignorant to the fact the devil is the one keeping them bound and limited.
When you are a believer you have an advantage, you have the greater one living inside of you. You know Jesus Christ he is your personal Lord and Saviour, you have a relationship with the father. The word of God is within you which the Lord tells us that when the word is in you the Kingdom of Heaven is within you. You have the weapons of warfare to overcome and be victorious in Christ Jesus. You just have to come up out of the dark clouds and smoke screens the devil has placed around you to deceive and distract you. Come out of defeatism and back into victory in Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ get closer to him. After you have suffered a while God will make you perfect, establish you, strengthen you and settle you. Praise God Hallelujah. The word declares count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations also that the trying of your Faith worketh patience.
Some of you here your Faith is being tried and divers temptations are coming your way to get you to fold and draw back but in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I stop, block and cancel the plans of the devil from off your life. Satan the Blood of Jesus is against you and I bind the work of your hands in Jesus name. He who has begun a good work in my brother and sister is Faithful to complete it and the Lord will build his church and the gates of hell will not prevail over them in Jesus name greater is he who is within them than you demon and devils principalities and powers who are in this world in Jesus name. Dear Heavenly Father I ask that you would have mercy upon my brother and sisters for any sins committed both known and unknown I ask that you wash cleanse and purify them in your precious powerful and wonder working Blood in Jesus name I pray that you anoint them afresh and fill them with your Holy Ghost and fire and that you will fill every void in their life in the name of Jesus. Right now I close and shut each and every doorway gateway and portal that may have been opened to the kingdom of darkness and I seal it shut by the Blood of Jesus. I drive out every unclean spirit that came in through those doorways gateways and portals right now by the Blood of Jesus in Jesus name. I cover you my beloved brother and sister under the Blood of Jesus from the crown of your head to your foot bottom in Jesus name. I come against all backlash, retaliation and regrouping because of these prayers and word with the Blood of Jesus in Jesus name. HALLELUJAH all praise be unto Jehovah God Glory. Amen Amen and Amen.
